1- Create a journalist team work to run the project, here are the team members:

2- Inform participants about the main goals of the current project.
3- Publish a CD that contains the basics of journalism career that was held at Crown plaza Hotel/Kuwait by iearn and Northwestern University team.
4- Thursday 23rd. of December 2010, conduct a meeting with the participants at school library for a reason to gather their main ideas and thoughts towards the project.
